Who is David Davie? Born and raised in a small country town in Queensland, he was lucky enough to gain employment in the mining industry and work around Australia and Africa. During this time two important things happened in his life, first he developed a love for photography, and secondly he met and married his wife and has now settled in her home town of Ballarat.

Ever since David started working in the outback of Australia and Africa, he has had a love affair with trying to capture the feelings and emotion of the people that live and work there, the vast countryside and all its beauty. Photography for David has been an adventure that started out creating memories for family and close friends and has slowly grown into a successful business. When time permits he likes to escape and take landscape images for the enjoyment of being there as the sun rises and sets each day.

Why Online Photography? As the world changes so does the way we do certain things and photography has moved with the changes. David saw the need to move with the new technology, investing in digital equipment and this new website is just part of making a business that relates to the 21st century.
